- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items like perfumes, undergarments, or sale products are not returnable.

Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- If you paid via mobile banking or card, the amount will be refunded to the same account.
